The custom portraits you purchase are for personal use only. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final digital artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or use the artwork for commercial purposes (e.g., branding, merchandise for sale) without obtaining a separate commercial license from us.

4. Products and Services (Custom Portraits)

• Order Process: The process begins when you place an order and submit the required reference materials (e.g., photos). It is your responsibility to provide clear, high-quality images and accurate instructions. The final output quality is dependent on the quality of the references provided.
• Approval & Revisions: We will provide a “Work in Progress” preview for your approval. Once you approve the preview, we consider the design final, and significant changes may not be possible or may incur additional fees. Minor revision requests must be made before final approval.
• Accuracy of Information: We endeavor to display colors and images of our products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will be perfectly accurate.

5. Sales Terms and Payment

• Pricing: All prices are listed in [您的货币，如: USD]. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors at any time, even after an order has been placed.
• Payment: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

6. Shipping (For Physical Products)

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipping caused by carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control. You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply in your country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
